# About

A place where bold design meets breathtaking landscapes — introducing a new era of luxury living in Southern Spain. Created through an exclusive collaboration between Automobili Lamborghini and DarGlobal, Tierra Viva is an extraordinary gated community of just 29 high-end villas, each reflecting the unmistakable DNA of Lamborghini. Currently under construction, this visionary development is set for completion in June 2028, with prices ranging from €8,488,653 to €12,254,665. Perched high in the hills of Benahavís, only minutes from Marbella, Tierra Viva enjoys sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea and the dramatic Andalusian terrain. Every villa is positioned to maximise privacy, natural light, and the surrounding beauty, while showcasing the sculptural lines and dynamic energy inspired by Lamborghini design. The collection offers 4- and 5-bedroom homes, each featuring expansive layouts, generous terraces, and premium finishes throughout. Among the most remarkable residences are The Painite Villas, created for true automotive enthusiasts and equipped with state-of-the-art car-lift systems that allow owners to display their vehicle as part of the interior living space. Crafted for modern living with a focus on exclusivity and architectural innovation, Tierra Viva delivers an elevated residential experience in one of Benahavís’ most privileged settings. As the project approaches completion, buyers will also have access to an optional Lamborghini furniture package, available closer to delivery, allowing each home to fully embody the brand’s design language. Tierra Viva represents a rare opportunity to own a residence shaped by one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands in the heart of the Costa del Sol.
