Oh wow, good morning...! I must have slept a bit… Well…. Welcome back to another beautiful day in Marbella, and therefore another property tour with me! Every time we try and do something new to entertain you, guys, and show you the most impressive properties that Marbella real estate market has to offer! Don’t forget to subscribe to our channel! So, you don’t miss the latest ones! Today we are looking at a mansion in Zagaleta, designed by the famous Tobal architect!

The villa has been recently reduced in price to 10.800.000 euros and It caught our attention, as it represents a great opportunity on the current market! The plot size is 5.312m2 and the house is 1.700m2 built with a total of 6 bedrooms and a one in a kind SPA!

This property is completely private and the moment you come in through the gorgeous driveway, you feel like you are in your own paradise with no one around. A beautiful refuge to hide away from the rest of the world. And this sensation will accompany us through the whole tour. It’s a one level house, plus basement, and everybody knows how much I love one level houses, because they allow you to play a lot with heights and levels giving special touches and volumes to the rooms. The Contemporary lines of the house, together with Andalusian roof and a modern interior give it a unique character.

We have a very spacious 130m2 plaza welcoming us with a garage for 4 cars, and a carport at the end for 2 golf buggies. Immediately you feel a very special atmosphere with the fountain in the entrance and these lovely vertical gardens.

HALLWAY

Entering the property, we are greeted by another big outdoor patio with a fountain. Glass doors on both sides and a 4.5m ceiling create an exceptional feeling. It’s completely flat and around 500m2, and it’s not the only one. As you can see the water from the pool overflows on the other side into an amazing cascade that gives a wow factor to the basement floor, where there is another huge flat garden area of 500m2 more!

And from this sunbathing deck, we can see that the property is standing right on the golf, one of the two private golf courses available only for member owners. There are no buildable plots to the right or to the left, it’s completely independent, an island inside of the golf.

Perfect proportion of the size and volumes. This is incredible and very spacious. We have natural wood on the floors and so beautifully designed! The bed is far enough inside so you get all the privacy needed, and at the same time enjoy the spectacular views! Very high ceilings which give that extra feeling of amplitude! Gorgeous shezlong. We have a desk area or a make-up area on this side.

MASTER BATHROOM

Very clean and minimalist design. Very spacious, we have lots of natural light coming in. It’s also completely private. Free standing tub and on the other side we have the floating vanity with a big mirror wall that reflects the view and a very good size walking shower.

MASTER CLOSET

Beautiful painting behind the bedroom, to set the right atmosphere. And here is the first closet that can be accessed from the other side as well. Very minimal design with lots of space, and that window at the far end for extra light and great views. This feels more like his walking closet. This hallway leads us to a sitting area, or a waiting area, until your loved one gets dressed in her walking closet over here. Very big room. Everything you need, drawers, hangers, open shelving. It’s got a really nice warm wood tone and there is a toilet at the end, in case you spent too much time in here!

Coming out of the master suit, we have this huge corridor that joins the other 2 bedrooms and all that living area that we have seen, with a lift going to the basement. Now that we are back to the centre point of the house, let’s go to the basement. Look how wide is this staircase, and what a neat touch it has with this wallpaper, and huge glass!

BASEMENT

The footprint of the basement basically repeats upstairs, so we have again a very long hallway joining all the rooms, most of them looking out to another garden level with floor to ceiling windows! At the far end we have 2 bedroom suits, very good size of 55m2 of each, they are significantly larger than the ones we have seen upstairs. There is also a private office of 25m2 prepared to work from home and a huge 100m2 games room to have all the fun that you possibly can! And now I’ll take you to the gym and a spa.

GYM

The gym is over 50m2. It has this patio that gives it so much natural light, and it gets the light from the SPA through this fixed glass. It’s a really nice fitness centre. You can put any gym equipment you want in this room and really enjoy a great workout!

And what a special, and I would say unique wellness centre! It’s so impressive! This entire room is dedicated for you to come down here after a long day, and escape from the rest of the world, in your own inner refuge! What a modern design of the 17m long pool, and it has a remote-controlled cover to keep the water heated all year round! The green tiles transmit so much harmony and the tiles on the wall repeat the idea of the vertical gardens in the outside! The led lightning gives it a very special touch and the straight lines design of the ceiling just emphasis on the length of this pool and the room itself! You’ve got natural light coming through all around! At the back we have a large sauna and a steam room with a shower on each side. And right here we have the fantastic corner prepared as a massage room! Chillout sofa area on this side, to relax from relaxing! There is also a pre installation for a bar at this point in case anybody needs it.

GARDEN

And opening the windows you are immersed in full nature and tranquillity! What a perfect spot for sunbathing with this waterfall and more beautiful vertical gardens! Another huge platform! A real paradise inside of the paradise. You know, we get to see a lot of properties on a daily basis, year after year. Some houses are houses, and sometimes it’s a property and sometimes it’s a home. It’s very difficult to explain why in each case, it’s just an overall feeling based on a million details and here I must say that It feels like a true home to enjoy for a family.
