This modern villa in Haza del Conde, Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, is Drumelia’s recent listing, priced at 3.895.000 euros. The plot size is 1.420 m2, and the total build size of the 6-bedroom house is 907 m2.

The long passageway to the house is very lovely, and it allows for enjoying the architecture, which is unique and very beautiful. We have an entrance to the basement, which is rather big, not so easy to find in this price range. Among the attractive features are also the open plan concept, the big garage and the flatness of the garden, which is quite big as well.

LIVING ROOM.

This house's open-plan living room boasts lots of glass and natural light. The outdoor ceramic stone floor is the same as in the living room, and when you open all the doors and the windows, it gives you a feeling of a great outdoor and indoor flow and enlarges the living room.

BEDROOMS.

GROUND FLOOR.

Let’s look at the 6 bedrooms we have in this house. Two are on the ground floor. In the first one, everything is done in the neutral grey tone; there is a fitted wardrobe, a nice bathroom, LED light system. The second bedroom on this floor also uses a grey colour, and then we have a bathroom with more earthy tones and a stone sink, which is quite a fun feature.

2 more bedrooms are upstairs and 2 in the basement.

UPSTAIRS.

Going upstairs from the hallway, you will see a double-height ceiling, a skylight, lots of glass, and charming solid trees in between the two wings of the house, separating the two terraces of the bedrooms.

One bedroom is slightly more spacious than the downstairs one, and the bathroom is a little bigger. It is more elevated and has more natural light coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The amount of wardrobe space is more or less the same, and the bedroom is beautifully decorated.  

On the other side, we have the Master bedroom suite. It features a walk-in closet made of natural wood, beautiful decoration, and extra space for your seating area next to the Master bathroom. The bathroom has a whole glass wall that provides a nice view from the shower with a waterfall system.

A big terrace is a great feature to have in any bedroom. This terrace with a beautiful view of magnificent La Concha Mountain is a great space to enjoy the shade or the sun, depending on the hour of the day. It is possible to put a Jacuzzi on this structure if you like.

BASEMENT.

In the basement are several fantastic rooms, a great entertainment space with a bar and a lot of potential to put a cinema, a kids’ games room, etc.

Like all the other rooms, you have windows in the basement, which is very important. It is also spacious enough.

Just to the right is a SPA-area, beautifully done Hammam that is bigger than you usually see in private houses, with a toilet and a shower, and a lot of space that might be your relaxation area.

The staff quarters with a kitchen, a laundry, a garage and another bedroom complete this floor.
