This property is a special one. First of all, because it is our exclusive listing, a new one coming to the market, and we are launching it right now. Priced at 10 million euros, it is a modern villa in the best location, in a very small, gated community of about 15 villas, and walking distance to Puerto Banus and everything you need, which is impossible to find nowadays whatsoever.

ENTRANCE.

Big but not too big, very practical, perfect size for two to feel cozy and fantastic for throwing a party or spending some quality time with friends, enjoying evening and sunsets. There is a separate entrance here from the garden level, apart from the lift.

BASEMENT AND DOWNSTAIRS.

This house is very special, and so is its basement.
A double height garage has plenty of space for the cars, apart from the carport at the entrance. Huge amount of storage spaces can be partly converted into extra parking spaces. Funky industrial feel here is aligned with the ideas of the property.
A separate apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living area and a kitchen with a separate entrance.

There is also a gym. Leave a comment which space in this house you think is the coolest, the solarium, the gym, the living area or the outdoor space. I'll vote for the gym because it's awesome, it has glass into the swimming pool, a ceiling that looks like a cave, a shower, a toilet, and pretty much a big space as well. One of the ideas of the owner was potentially to move all the gym equipment back into the basement, where actually it was before, and to convert this space into a cinema room or a major SPA area. Let me know you would do that or leave it as it is, and make the garage feel bigger.

OUTDOORS AND THE GUEST HOUSE.

Outside of the living room, you have this massive covered porch and the unique swimming pool. It connects with the main outdoor space that has the staircase to the solarium from the garden level. Then we have the carport, and another building, which is completely separate but joined by the upper terrace. It is possible to join both properties together if you want, otherwise there are two independent houses.
