Drumelia Wins Best Real Estate Agency Single Office Spain at the European Property Awards 2026–2027

On 22 October 2026, Drumelia Real Estate received the five-star Best Real Estate Agency Single Office Spain award at the European Property Awards 2026–2027, part of the International Property Awards. The ceremony took place at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
Drumelia was also nominated for the European title in the same Single Office category, with the winner to be announced in the coming months.
This recognition means a great deal to our team. Not only because of the award itself, but because it follows a deliberate decision we made after our previous wins: to step away from the awards for a while and concentrate on building a stronger company.
A return three years in the making
Drumelia has stood on this stage before. In 2022–2023 and again in 2023–2024, we won all four Spanish real estate categories: Single Office, Agent, Marketing and Website.
At the time, we had a bigger ambition: to be recognised as the best real estate agency in Europe. We did not achieve it. Looking back, we understood that we still had work to do.
Rather than continue submitting entries, we turned our attention inward. We invested in our people, strengthened our operations and made our standards clearer. Returning in 2026 was a way to see how far that work had taken us.
The award was never the goal. It was the test.
What makes Drumelia different
Two agencies can represent the same home in Marbella, but the experience they offer can be very different. Knowledge of the market, quality of advice, speed of communication and the ability to manage a complex transaction all depend on the people and systems behind the property.
That is why, at Drumelia, we have spent years building a company around the people who serve our clients.
Training people for the long term
We recruit new agents for their potential and attitude, including people who have never worked in real estate. Our 12-month training programme for non-experienced agents combines a fixed salary plus small commissions with practical experience and structured development. Progression is assessed throughout the programme, and after promotion the role becomes fully commission-based. Seven junior agents were taking part in the programme in 2026.
Our award submission also reflected a longer-term result: every Senior Property Advisor on the team had developed within Drumelia, and none had left during the preceding five years. For our clients, that continuity means working with advisors trained to a consistent standard.
Giving advisors more time for clients
At the time of our 2026 award submission, Drumelia had a team of 30 professionals, including 15 property agents. Our in-house specialists in listings, marketing, content production, legal matters and finance support the work behind each transaction. This structure allows advisors to spend more of their time understanding clients, evaluating properties and managing negotiations, rather than coordinating every task themselves.
That support is especially valuable when working with an international clientele. Our buyers represent 28 nationalities, and many transactions require coordination across commercial, legal and tax matters.
Making our values part of everyday decisions
Our five company values — resilience, accountability, continuous development, entrepreneurship and collaboration — shape how we hire, train and work together. They also inform difficult decisions, including when individual results are strong but a person's behaviour does not fit the team.
We have explored this philosophy more deeply in what it means to be a real estate agent at Drumelia and why culture sometimes comes before individual sales performance.
Putting those standards into practice
Every new team member receives The Drumelia Way, our CEO's written culture manifesto. We also share lessons beyond our office through Talks by Artur, a series exploring leadership, trust and professional development.
We believe improving the profession matters beyond our own business. When Leading Property Agents of Spain (LPA) was established in 2020, Drumelia founder Sergey Sinichkin served on its inaugural board. Drumelia is also a member of DOM3, an association bringing together businesses involved in high-end residential property in the Marbella area.
The results behind the recognition
We believe strong teams should produce measurable results. In 2024, our record year, Drumelia completed 62 notarised sales worth €236.8 million.
By the end of July 2026, our records showed 29 transactions, completed or under signed private contracts, with a combined value of €125.9 million. More than €70 million of that amount had been notarised by the end of June; the remaining amount was under signed private purchase contracts with completion expected before the end of 2026.
Over the preceding five years, we had also sold more than 20 individual properties priced at €10 million or above, including 18 sold under an exclusive mandate. These are figures from Drumelia's own transactions, not estimates for the wider market. For broader sales information, explore our Marbella Luxury Live Market Report.
The European Property Awards 2026–2027: what the recognition means
The Best Real Estate Agency Single Office Spain award recognises an agency operating from one office in Spain. Drumelia has operated from Marbella since its foundation in 2003. Our 2026 entry presented the company, its people, services, client feedback, marketing and operating approach for assessment.
The International Property Awards states that its independent judging panel includes more than 100 judges across all categories, with entries allocated according to the judges' expertise.
Our five-star recognition is specific to the Spanish Single Office category. It also comes with a nomination for the European title in the same category. This means Drumelia is now competing for the distinction we set out to achieve three years ago, although the European winner has yet to be announced.
For us, the value of this recognition lies in having our work examined outside the company — and in giving clients another reason to look closely at how we operate.
A recognition of the people behind Drumelia
As Artur Loginov, CEO and co-owner of Drumelia, explained in our announcement of the award:
"This recognition is a reward for teamwork. We have spent the past few years improving the company from within: how we work, how we train our people and how we serve each client. Having this effort recognised internationally means a great deal to us. The European nomination encourages us to keep working to the same high standards."
To our clients, property owners and partners: thank you for the trust you place in us. And to our team — 30 professionals representing 15 nationalities at the time of our award entry — thank you for the work, care and commitment behind this recognition.
The next chapter is about growing without compromising the way we serve clients. We expanded our Marbella headquarters to 50 workspaces in 2025, but the measure of our progress will remain the quality of our people, their work and the relationships we build.
