THE ROLE

You will work directly within the Sales team, supporting our agents and Sales Manager and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will own the day-to-day processes that keep deals moving and clients well-served.

This is an entry point into the real estate industry. You will gain hands-on exposure to how a high-performing luxury agency operates, from listings and transactions to client management and marketing. For the right person, the experience and knowledge built in this role creates a clear path to Sales Agent or broader responsibilities within the company.

This role requires full commitment and a willingness to go beyond a standard office-based position. The schedule is dynamic and the standards are high.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the sales team in the day-to-day management of active listings and viewing coordination
• Handling enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring every interaction reflects Drumelia’s standards
• Maintaining and updating the CRM, property database, and client records
• Coordinating property viewings, including logistics and client communications
• Drafting and managing listing contracts and all related documentation
• Handling client follow-ups and communications with a strong service mindset
• Overseeing general administration, compliance, and day-to-day office operations
• Ensuring all properties are accurately marketed and that every client receives an outstanding experience
• Providing direct assistance to the Sales Manager across daily operations
• Coordinating marketing actions for listings in collaboration with the marketing team
• Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth operations and process flow

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience; no real estate background required
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are valued
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle
• Impeccable presentation and a professional attitude at all times
• Available for a full-time, fully committed position

THE ROLE

You will shoot our properties on location and handle the full post-production process, delivering images that are accurate, polished, and unmistakably premium. You will own the visual quality of every listing, from the moment you arrive on site to the final edited file.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure every property is presented at its absolute best and that visuals are delivered on time and to standard. This requires technical mastery, an artistic eye, and the discipline to maintain consistency across a high volume of high-value properties.

This role requires full commitment and a willingness to go beyond a standard schedule. Lighting conditions, property availability, and deadlines define the workflow, not a fixed nine-to-five.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Photographing our properties on location, capturing interiors, exteriors, and key features to the highest standard
• Mastering and applying flash techniques (flambient: flash blended with ambient light), not relying on bracketing alone, to deliver true-to-life colour, clean shadows, and balanced windows
• Full post-production and editing of all images, ensuring a consistent, premium look across every listing
• Planning each shoot: scouting angles, preparing and styling spaces, and building a shot list that highlights what makes each property exceptional
• Managing lighting in challenging conditions, from bright glass-walled villas to low-light interiors and twilight exteriors
• Maintaining and organising all camera and lighting equipment, ensuring it is shoot-ready at all times
• Delivering edited files on schedule and uploading them correctly to our systems
• Keeping the image library, naming, and file structure accurate and up to date
• Coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure every property is marketed with outstanding visuals
• Maintaining Drumelia’s visual standards across every property, every time

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in real estate, architectural, or interior photography
• Mastery of flash photography (flambient) is essential, not only bracketing or HDR
• Strong post-production skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent) with a fast, consistent workflow
• Own professional camera, lenses, and lighting equipment
• A sharp eye for composition, light, architecture, and detail
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are valued
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple shoots and deadlines simultaneously
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle
• Impeccable presentation and a professional attitude on every site
• Available for a full-time, fully committed position with a dynamic schedule

THE ROLE

You’ll work on real projects from day one, across:

• Content creation and coordination — video, social media
• Digital marketing and campaign support — across our owned channels
• Market research and data-driven projects — competitive analysis, audience insights, performance reviews
• Cross-team collaboration — working alongside our sales and property teams

You won’t be making coffee. You’ll be contributing to work that ships.
