Content & Media Manager
This is a hands-on role focused on building and execution, not a traditional corporate management position.
It is a role that requires someone who is comfortable being both an operator and a driver, capable of executing projects and coordinating people, with autonomy, able to make decisions and take responsibility even in unclear situations.

You will be responsible for the team that creates and publishes all our content, and you will be involved in our daily business activities, turning them into structured, consistent output.
The position is full-time in-office, working directly with the team, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
Your responsibility will combine direct execution with coordination and organization. You will structure the work of the content and media team, manage the content calendar and publishing rhythm, and clearly identify priorities.
You will also coordinate and direct the work of the videographer and external contributors, improving both output and consistency over time.
Process optimization is a key part of the role, including introducing simple and practical systems, workflows, and tools (including AI where useful).
We already produce a significant amount of content across different platforms. Your role will be to improve the current structure, organization, processes, and results, and to scale both output and quality over time.
A strong judgment of content quality and the ability to improve it consistently is essential.
Current platforms where we post content in an approximate order of priority at this moment, with the idea to scale to more platforms over time: Instagram, YouTube, Mailings, Website Blog, LinkedIn, Facebook.
Important context. You will be joining at a stage where not all processes are defined, and coordination between people needs improvement. Your role will be to improve this step by step.
This role requires strong organization and the ability to build structure. A high level of accountability and ownership. The ability to work hands-on and solve problems daily. Confidence to give direct feedback, correct people, and raise standards.
Good judgment of what content is valuable and well presented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
This role is for someone who has 2–5 years of experience in content, media, or marketing execution. Has worked with real content and understands how things get done. Not purely strategic, but practical and hands-on. Ambitious and motivated to grow through performance and responsibility.
If your experience in people management is still limited, but you feel you are a strong fit for this role in all other respects, we would still encourage you to get in touch.
This role is expected to grow, and you will be supported by the entire management team to actively help you achieve it. As the processes develop and results grow, you will take on broader projects and play a key role in shaping the future structure of the marketing team and managing people more directly. Leadership here is built through performance, not assigned by title.
At Drumelia, we are building a company with the ambition to elevate the real estate industry through professionalism, structure, and long-term thinking, creating real impact. This is a place for people who care about doing things properly, want to grow fast through real responsibility, achieve outstanding results, and are comfortable being challenged and pushed. If you are looking for a comfortable or purely creative role, this is not the right fit.
Most importantly we are looking for someone, to whom our company’s values will feel natural.
