Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of real estate listings from initial agreement to listing activation
  • Prepare and manage all listing materials, including photos, property descriptions, and CRM details
  • Schedule and oversee home showings
  • Maintain and update listings on real estate websites and the CRM database
  • Monitor and report on the status of listings to agents and clients
  • Handle administrative tasks, emails, and calls

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in the rental market and a keen understanding of the real estate industry in Marbella. 

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Oversee the entire rental process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. 
  • Manage all aspects of the rental portfolio, including property listings, client inquiries, viewings, and lease agreements. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental occupancy and revenue. 
  • Provide exceptional service to both property owners and tenants, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. 
  • Handle negotiations and conflict resolutions in a professional manner. 
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on rental activities. 
  • Collaborate with management for strategic guidance, while operating autonomously in day-to-day activities. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proactively source leads in the area and meet with potential clients on site
