Sales Agent
This position is always open because Drumelia is constantly growing and because sales are at the heart of everything we do. But always open does not mean easy to enter. We only look for people who can meet Drumelia’s standards.
There are two paths into this role:
- Junior Sales Agent: If you have no prior experience in the market, you can join our structured 18-month training program. During this period, you will receive a salary plus small commissions while being trained step by step from the basics to the most advanced skills. By the end, you will be ready to become a Property Consultant operating at Drumelia standards.
- Experienced Sales Agent: If you already have real estate experience, you can join directly as a Property Consultant. You will be expected to adapt quickly to Drumelia’s standards and deliver results at the highest level. The bar is high, but so are the rewards.
Marketing, Social Media, and Digital Roles

We are interested in extraordinary people across all areas of marketing, including: Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Specialist, SEO Specialist, Marketing and AI Operations, Graphic Design or Creative Content, Email Marketing Specialist.

Full-Stack Developer with DevOps experience
Innovation drives us at Drumelia. We are building workflows and internal tools, with AI at the core.
As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll work across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure, helping us create efficient systems, integrate AI solutions, and support the company’s digital growth.
You should bring strong development skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js), a DevOps mindset (CI/CD, cloud, monitoring), and at least 2 years of full-stack experience. Knowledge of Data Analytics and coding with AI (automations, integrations, AI agents) will be a big plus.
