Inside Drumelia: A Tour of Our Marbella Office

Welcome to Drumelia

Today, I want to take you on a tour of our Marbella office — a space that reflects who we are and why we exist.

We are based in Marbella, one of Europe’s most competitive luxury real estate markets. It took over three years of planning, demolishing, building, extending, and refining to bring this office to life. Personally, it took me 16 years working at Drumelia to reach this moment. This is more than just an office. It’s a physical expression of our purpose: to elevate the real estate industry.

It took over three years of planning, construction, and refinement to bring this space to life — and over 16 years of dedication to Drumelia to reach this moment.

A Luxury Real Estate Office in Marbella

Our office spans 500 square meters with soaring 4-meter ceilings, natural light, and open spaces designed for both our team and our clients.

Office Highlights

  • Three meeting rooms (main, small, cozy)
  • Two large open-plan working zones
  • A lounge for informal conversations
  • A fully equipped bar area
  • My private office
  • A spacious kitchen for daily use and events

Every detail was designed to combine style with functionality, reflecting our standards in luxury real estate.

Architectural Design by Pedro Peña

One of the first things you see when entering is the circular wooden ceiling with golden paint and LED lighting, flowing around our central oval meeting room.

That meeting room itself is an architectural statement: detached from walls, perfectly symmetrical, and seating 12 around a marble and wood table. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames La Concha mountain while a fade effect ensures privacy.

The concept — from oval shapes to curved wooden ceilings and ceramic flooring — was created by Pedro Peña, one of Spain’s most respected interior designers.

As in real estate, we believe: if you want the best, hire the best.

Designed for Collaboration

Our main working area holds 20 stations, with space to expand to 42. High ceilings, natural light, and a Bang & Olufsen sound system create an inspiring yet calm environment.

The lounge, bar, and kitchen areas are designed to make clients feel at home. Hidden cabinetry, mirrors, and concealed vents add elegance without distraction.

Flexibility was essential:

  • Movable wooden panels allow for filming content.
  • The downstairs kitchen transforms into a podcast studio, where we share insights about Marbella’s property market.

Functionality Meets Style

Some features are subtle but meaningful:

  • A tinted glass corridor that plays with light
  • A travertine cabinet hiding a presentation screen
  • Three carefully designed guest toilets

Upstairs: a bright private meeting room surrounded by windows.

The entire office runs on solar energy, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. A private garage entrance ensures discreet client arrivals.

More Than Just an Office

For years, Drumelia worked from a very simple office. That never stopped us from closing record deals or building an international brand.

This new space is a milestone, but also a foundation for the future. We are not building for 5 years — we are building for 50.

Careers at Drumelia Real Estate Marbella

Because we are growing, we are looking for real estate agents in Marbella to join our team.

  • If you are a junior agent eager to learn, we’ll train you.
  • If you are experienced and ready to work with luxury properties in Spain, we want to hear from you.

Drumelia sets high standards. This is not easy. Expectations are real, and commitment is non-negotiable. But if you’re ready, there is no better place to grow.

Gratitude

This office is alive thanks to our team and clients. Special thanks to Pedro Peña’s design studio and, above all, to our clients whose trust made this possible.

I hope to welcome you here in person one day.
