Drumelia Moves: A New Kind of Client Event in Marbella’s Luxury Real Estate World

On October 23rd, 2025, Drumelia hosted its first client event of this kind inside our Puerto Banús office — but this wasn't a typical real estate gathering. Drumelia Moves brought together chess strategy, hospitality, and genuine relationship-building in a format that prioritized connection over convention.
The evening welcomed around 20 clients and 10 members of the Drumelia team, including Founder Sergey Sinichkin and CEO & Owner Artur Loginov. In a memorable final match, Artur faced Sergey across the board — a moment that brought together Drumelia's foundation and its present leadership. The game was tense, closely watched, and ultimately won by Artur in a conclusion that felt both spontaneous and significant.

A Tournament Inside Our Expanded Office
Guests arrived to find our 500-square-meter office transformed for the evening. Individual chess boards were arranged tournament-style, a live leaderboard displayed on a large screen, and a cocktail bar staffed by invited mixologists operated from our fully equipped bar area.
After more than three years of planning and construction, the space has finally taken shape and now stands as a strong representation of Pedro Peña’s work — from the natural light through floor-to-ceiling glass to the signature circular wooden ceiling.
A private catering team circulated throughout the evening with thoughtfully prepared selections, moving between the lounge, bar, and kitchen areas designed to make clients feel at home, not like visitors to a corporate space.
This wasn't an event about property listings or market updates. It was about the conversations that unfold when no one is selling — when clients and team members meet as equals over a shared challenge. Players analyzed positions together, debated strategies, and discovered common ground beyond transactions.
Multiple attendees later mentioned that the evening deepened their confidence in working with Drumelia, whether as sellers entrusting their property or buyers continuing their search. In the luxury segment, these moments of authentic engagement still carry weight.
For those interested in exploring the full vision behind our office design and what it represents, we documented the entire process here.

Why We Organise Events Like This
Expertise and results form the foundation of luxury real estate — but relationships determine longevity. At Drumelia, we don't just facilitate transactions; we build a community around them.
Events like Drumelia Moves are part of our broader mission: to elevate the image of the real estate agent, broaden what a career in real estate can look like, and innovate the sector to provide exceptional service to our clients. They create space for genuine dialogue, shared experiences, and long-term trust — all core to how we see the future of real estate.
Drumelia Moves reflects the same philosophy that shapes everything we do, from our personalized client approach to the way we present properties globally. It's the same thinking explored in our Inside Drumelia feature, where we show the human side behind the business metrics, not just the numbers.
What Happens Next
Drumelia Moves isn't a one-off experiment. It's the first in a series of private experiences designed for our clients, partners, and community.
Upcoming gatherings include:
- A curated Wine Tasting Evening
- A Pilates & Wellness Event
- Additional themed experiences that connect lifestyle with real estate
Each event will follow the same principles: intimate, personal, and held at the level of quality our clients expect from Drumelia.
Announcements will be shared in the coming weeks — stay tuned.
A Final Thought
Chess rewards long-term strategy, precise timing, and clear vision — principles that also define effective work in Marbella's luxury real estate market. Creating spaces where clients can experience those values in an entirely different context is part of what makes Drumelia different.
Where else can you close a property deal one week and face the CEO in a tournament final the next?
It's uncommon by design.
