Junior Property Consultant

This position is always open because Drumelia is constantly growing and because sales are at the core of everything we do. However, being always open does not mean it is easy to enter. We only look for people who can meet Drumelia’s standards.

We are currently looking for Junior Property Consultants.

If you have no prior experience in real estate, you can join our structured 12-month training program. During this period, you will receive a fixed salary plus small commissions while being trained step by step, from the fundamentals to more advanced skills. By the end of the program, you will be ready to become a Property Consultant operating at Drumelia standards. It is important to understand that once promoted to Property Consultant, the role is 100% commission-based.

Throughout the training program, performance is closely monitored through clear objectives, regular feedback, and structured evaluations. Progression is earned, not automatic.

We are looking for profiles between 25 and 35 years old with previous work experience in any field. Sales experience is a strong advantage. We are interested in candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in real estate. This role requires full commitment, discipline, resilience, and a willingness to learn and improve every day. It is demanding and fast-paced, and not suited to those looking for a short-term or part-time opportunity. Property Coordinator

The Property Coordinator is a key role within our Sales Team. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing and ensure that every property meets Drumelia’s standards at every stage, from acquisition to sale, and that our sellers enjoy a smooth and well-managed selling process.

We are looking for hands-on, detail-oriented profiles who want to be involved in the day-to-day management of properties. This role is suited to people with experience in operations, project management, or administrative roles, who are ready to take on responsibility and work within a high-performance environment.

At Drumelia, leadership often grows from strong operational roles. This position offers broad exposure and clear progression for high performers, with growth earned through results, responsibility, and attitude.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the acquisition process and day-to-day management of properties for sale
  • Maintaining and updating the client and property database on a daily basis
  • Coordinating marketing actions for listings
  • Preparing and sending newsletters
  • Drafting contracts and managing all related documentation
  • Handling client communications and follow-ups with a strong service mindset
  • Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and process flow

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are valued
  • Availability for a full-time position

Content Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Content Marketing Lead to build and run our content marketing system end-to-end. This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and wants to turn valuable company insights, listings, conversations, articles, and videos into high-quality, platform-appropriate content.

You will own the content calendar across key channels including YouTube, blog, Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletter, ensuring content is published consistently, on time, and at Drumelia’s quality standard. You will adapt content to each platform, coordinate closely with the Videographer, Senior Editor, Marketing Director, and CEO, and help improve SEO and AI search visibility through clear, structured publishing.

This role is not for someone looking to simply post content. It is for someone who thinks in systems, brings ownership, has strong editorial judgment, understands how content should work across platforms, and wants to build something long-term.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the content calendar across YouTube, blog, Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletter
  • Ensure content is published consistently, on time, and at Drumelia’s quality standard
  • Turn long-form content into short-form, written, and platform-specific formats
  • Adapt content to each platform so it feels native and relevant
  • Prepare, coordinate, and publish blog content within an established SEO framework
  • Coordinate with the Videographer, Senior Editor, Marketing Director, and CEO to turn ideas and materials into clear publishing output

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, content strategy, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of content distribution across YouTube, blog, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email
  • Working knowledge of SEO
  • Confidence using AI tools to improve efficiency and scale
  • Fluency in English

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to take ownership of post-production and storytelling. This role exists to transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and consistent content across long-form and short-form formats.

We are looking for a Brand & Community Manager to protect, strengthen, and grow Drumelia’s brand perception and relationship with its audience. This role sits close to the market, close to the content, and close to the people.

This is not a social media management role. This is a brand stewardship and community-building role. Over time, it has the potential to grow into a leadership position within the marketing department.

Key responsibilities

  • Owning and protecting Drumelia’s brand tone, narrative, and positioning across all channels
  • Managing and nurturing community interactions (comments, DMs, conversations)
