It's very vibrant and significant, especially for family life and is very underrated, so it is definitely worth a visit.
Coming up the stairs, we access the first floor, which hosts two guest bedrooms and the master bedroom. This walkway is an interior balcony that allows you to look down into the living area. Just behind me, on my right, we have the guest toilet that the two guest bedrooms share. It has a tall stand-in shower, lovely vanity with flattering lighting and these nice natural stone accents to decorate.
The first guest bedroom is acting as a children's room right now, with the cutest little bunk beds. Again, this is an excellent example of how to maximise a small space. This bedroom has some lovely mountain views to enjoy.
The second guest bedroom on this level is beautifully decorated. You've got darker wall paint and lovely blue and grey tones; and the best feature is actually the private terrace this bedroom has. Perfect to come and relax, watch a sunset and enjoy the mountain views.
The Master Bedroom has an open walk-in closet area separated from the bedroom by this wooden panelling, which adds a lot of character to the room. There is very generous storage space. The bathroom speaks for itself because it truly is very beautiful. Lovely stone accents blended with the wallpaper. We have a bathtub, a large stand-in shower and a lovely great big mirror with LED lighting that comes from around. It is very important because it has very flattering lighting.
As for the actual Master bedroom, you are immediately captivated by these views. Imagine waking up in the morning to these sea views every day… The interior design of the bedroom feels somewhat of an elevated version of the room we've just seen; again, these darker tones of the walls, lovely blue and grey for the furniture, and the decorative accents they've added to this bedroom.
Arguably, the best area of the house is the solarium. 360-degree views not only of the urbanisation and the sea but of the mountains surrounding Estepona. Indeed, it is beautiful and really positions you in southern Spain! There is a Jacuzzi and a little seating area that'd be perfect for you to dry off and contemplate how lucky you are to have this house. Moving forward to the rest of the terrace, we have the covered barbecue kitchenette that's been pre-installed, which is ideal any time of year in Marbella. There is another hidden dining table, really intimate and unique. The communal pool acts as a centrepiece for the whole urbanisation and its properties. Around the pool, you'll see those Balinese-style sunbeds and children's play areas that are perfect for families in summer. Towards the left is the urbanisation's SPA facilities, which include a sauna, a Turkish bath, a fully equipped gym and even an indoor heated pool.
