This modern jewel is one of the recent listings that we have in Marbella area.

FEATURES.

They have decorated everything to the last detail. There are natural wood floors and speakers in the bedrooms; Domotic system controls light, floor heating, blinds and air conditioning, which is individual for every single room. Windows are everywhere, even in the bathrooms and toilets, with lots of natural light coming from them and the ceiling through the glass; the ceramic tiles are cool.

The walk-in closet and huge wardrobes are fantastic. So are some technical things, like a mini lift bringing stuff from the basement, you will not see this in many houses.

THE BASEMENT.

Done beautifully in terms of light and everything else, the basement has pretty much everything you need. It includes quite a big garage with glass solution, some living space, an impressive wine cellar, a laundry of good size with a separate entrance, storage and machinery rooms, a cinema and music lounge, a gym with a boxing ring, a sauna and potential massage room with a proper bathroom.

There is no SPA but for what it’s worth, forget about the indoor swimming pools, just hit the outdoor pool, you want to be out there in the sun all the time not in your basement. Besides, heating of indoor pools costs a lot of money, and they give so much humidity.
