Hi everyone! Welcome back. Today we are touring a fantastic modern villa located beachside on the Golden Mile of Marbella. But first, let me give you some key points of the property. The plot size is 538m2 and the house build is 488m2. The property features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms distributed over 3 floors, plus it has a rooftop terrace. Finally, the asking price is €5.950.000. And now, let’s start the tour!

Location

First, this place is all about location. It’s situated in one of Marbella’s most expensive areas. If we are talking about a top location, this is the one for you. This is a gated community a stone-throw away from the sea and all amenities the Golden Mile has to offer are at your doorstep!

Entrance

Let’s continue our tour, and on the ground floor level, we will find an open-plan kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors give you an immediate effect of fabulous indoor-outdoor living. Look how bright it is in here!

You have direct access to the terrace from every section of the ground floor. Part of the terrace is covered, which is very important as the sun can be very strong, especially during hot summer days.

There is gas-heated underfloor heating throughout the house flooring, even this part of the covered terrace has underfloor heating! If the new owner wants to expand the living area, the heated flooring is already there, so you just need to move the glass windows around.

Speaking of windows, these windows are made of aluminium carpentry with a thermal bridge ¨Technal¨ system and double-glazed ¨Guardian¨ sun protection glass.
