MARIA GOMEZ HEAD OF EXCLUSIVES
How does your work at Drumelia connect people to a special way of life?
Giving people the possibility to get to know Marbella and its amazing lifestyle.
Languages: English and Spanish.
Marias's abiding love of meeting people, be it new clients, prospective sellers, or other agents, helps her to achieve her special task: the managing and selling of exclusive listings.

How does your work at Drumelia connect people to a special way of life?
At Drumelia, working with real estate goes beyond “just transactions “; it involves guiding individuals and families towards the realization of their ideal lifestyle. Whether that lifestyle is centred around tranquility, vibrancy, nature, or culture, we play a crucial role in connecting people to the life they've always imagined.
Languages: Dutch and English.
Simke’s duties will include assisting a senior agent with scheduling, phone calls, and other administration, all while learning the ins and outs of a high-turnover real estate agency. To this end, she sees great opportunities often disguised as challenges and difficulties, waiting for those with the courage to unlock their potential.
ROBERT ALVAREZ JOHNSEN PROPERTY CONSULTANT
How does your work at Drumelia connect people to a special way of life?
I consider it an honour and a privilege to be part of the customer's journey to finding their own unique piece of paradise in the Marbella area. It pushes me to also be up to date on all things Marbella, so that whatever way of life our clients are searching for I know just the place to go.
Languages: English, Spanish, Norwegian, and (almost) Swedish!
Robert will focus on buyers, handling negotiations and thorough quality checking. Aside from this, he will act as a representative of the Scandinavian market, though not limited to it.
LEONID ZALEVSKI PROPERTY CONSULTANT
How does your work at Drumelia connect people to a special way of life?
Being able to visit different places and meet new people. Access to new information every day, that enables me to make my clients happy.

Leonid will be active in selling properties, creating new listings and supporting the team to achieve greater goals. As he prides himself on being adaptable, he looks forward to the possibilities it brings!
CARMEN ZAMBRANA CASTAÑEDA SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
How does your work at Drumelia connect people to a special way of life?
We feel special when we feel heard and seen. And my work philosophy always seeks to connect with people: I want people to find themselves in Drumelia's content, whether by aspiring to it or finding it familiar.

Fully embracing a lifestyle aesthetic, Carmen manages Drumelia's social networks, relying on analytics and trends in the social media sphere to create and edit compelling audiovisual material. More than anything, she loves making stuff that gets remembered.
GAŠPER PLAHUTNIK ART DIRECTOR
How does your work at Drumelia connect people to a special way of life?
My wish is to work on my personal brand as well as my colleagues' because I really think that Drumelia is special in so many ways, but it’s not for everyone. For selling and dealing with million dollar homes you have to be a big thinker and need thick skin, not just in sales but in marketing too. That’s why I think it brings strong people together and also inspires others.
Languages: Slovenian, English, and some Croatian, Serbian.
As luxury and real estate are synonymous with Marbella, it was only a matter of time before Gašper made his way to Marbella, and Drumelia. His duties will focus on branding across all channels and mediums, both in refreshing it and bringing a luxurious and sophisticated touch to it.
LIAM WALSH PROPERTY CONSULTANT
How does your work at Drumelia connect people to a special way of life?
For me personally, it is the most rewarding way to invest my energy outside of my family. I love people, so its like a vitamin for me to meet new people, help them and be a part of one of the biggest decisions they make in life.

Liam’s duties at Drumelia will include identifying trends and projected trends of interior design and development, creating market-orientated valuations and sale strategies for vendors, and employing an unbiased approach to finding just the right property in the right location, for potential buyers.
KÉVAN MARTIAL LISTINGS AGENT
How does your work at Drumelia connect people to a special way of life?
Because my job is to find the dream place under the sun of the Costa del Sol, mixed with having the possibility to offer people that want to sell their properties the services of the best agency in Spain.
Languages: French, English and Spanish.
In his role as listing agent, Kévan will be focusing on sellers, and looks forward to sharing his in-depth knowledge of certain neighborhoods, and the splendid properties there. In this regard, he sees himself as somewhat of a property matchmaker!
ALEXANDER ACKERMANN LISTINGS COORDINATOR
How does your work at Drumelia connect people to a special way of life?
I want to believe that I am a very easygoing person who brings positive energy to the office and to the clients. It is important to me that we as a company always act in good faith and represent Drumelia in the best way possible. Hopefully, I come in with some knowledge and experience that can be helpful in any way to Drumelia, and I'm looking forward to learning as much as allowed.
Languages: Swedish and English, Norwegian and Danish.
Alexander will help to maintain and update active listings, keep track of incoming leads, work with CRM, coordinate viewings, establish and nourish contact with sellers, collaborators, buyers and the many things to assist the agents in the office.
JAVIER DEL MORAL PROPERTY TECHNICIAN
How does your work at Drumelia connect people to a special way of life?
Through my ability to innovate in difficult executions. Also, I believe a motivated person with a passion for what they do is happy in all aspects of their life, and thus makes a person great for a company. Besides technical skill, I love to contribute positivity!

As our on-site specialist, Javier will solve common problems and find innovative solutions to various challenges. He likes to think of himself as a problem solver, and believes having a special eye for detail is the first step of great work.
