As a pivotal part of our team, you will manage part of our portfolio of exclusive property listings, act as the main point of contact for property owners, and drive the sales process to successful closings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage our exclusive property listings
  • Serve as the primary liaison between property owners and our company
  • Conduct market analysis to set competitive property prices
  • Develop and implement strategies to market and sell properties efficiently
  • Support and work closely with the Listing & Sales team
  • Ensure a high level of satisfaction among property owners and buyers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate management or sales.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivation, organizational, planning and time management skills required
  • English and Spanish (spoken and written) are essential, other languages are an advantage.

We are inviting a highly motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our dynamic Listing Department and play a key role as the first point of contact for our potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source leads in the area and meet with potential clients on site
  • Liaise with Owners, acquire new listings and exclusive contracts
  • Coordinate appointments, new listings, and contracts
  • Support and work closely with the Listing & Sales team
  • Conduct comprehensive comparative market analyses to establish competitive selling prices for listings
  • Carry out administrative and any other ad hoc tasks as required for the role

Requirements

  • Previous experience (minimum 1 year) working in this or a similar position in the Marbella real estate market, preferably in the luxury sector
  • This position requires an excellent knowledge of the Marbella area as the role will be mainly out of the office
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Self-motivation, organizational, planning and time management skills required
  • English and Spanish (spoken and written) are essential, other languages are an advantage
