Nikol Kaloferova

Born and raised in Bulgaria, Nikol completed her studies there until high school before moving to Belgium in 2022. Living independently abroad from the age of 18 gave her the opportunity to experience different cultures and ways of life, naturally shaping her outlook and approach to working with people from diverse backgrounds.
She later pursued a Bachelor’s degree in International Graphic and Digital Media, which introduced her to the importance of communication and understanding people’s needs. Her professional direction became clearer during her internship at Drumelia Real Estate, which brought her to Marbella for six months. Being part of the company allowed her to gain first-hand exposure to the real estate industry and to experience Drumelia’s working culture from within.

Throughout this time, Nikol spent increasing amounts of time alongside the sales team, observing how they interact with clients and guide them through the buying and selling process. This experience sparked her interest in real estate and helped her realize that this field aligns well with both her personality and the type of career she wants to build — one centered around people, communication, and long-term relationships.

After careful consideration, she decided to continue her journey at Drumelia as a Junior Property Consultant. Nikol speaks Bulgarian and English fluently and has a good understanding of Dutch, Russian, and Korean, allowing her to communicate comfortably with an international clientele.
She is pleased to be part of the Drumelia team, where collaboration, professionalism, and a genuine approach to client relationships are at the core of everyday work.
