Olga Tolkunova Senior Property Advisor

Olga graduated from Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration, and got several years of experience at one of the largest construction companies in Latvia fulfilling the duties of CEO assistant, public relations and marketing specialist.
She came to Marbella in 2014 to rebuild her life from scratch, and started a new life trying herself in the real estate sector. For the first few years, she worked at a small real estate company on the Golden Mile, and then, took the decision that she called the best in her life after moving to Marbella. A friend of hers informed that Drumelia was looking for a sales agent, and Olga came for the interview.

Apparently, she witnessed the whole process of Drumelia becoming the leader on the elite market, and was very happy to be a part of it. In 2023, she established a record in sales for the company, making over a million euro in commission for Drumelia, and was promoted to Senior Property Consultant. She fluently speaks English, Spanish Latvian and Russian.

Olga lives by the words: "It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change." She believes that the secret of success is in our flexibility and individual approach to each client. “The world is changing rapidly, and the most important thing is to be able to see these changes, accept them, be responsive and adapt to the situation.”
Her interests include snowboarding and horse riding, and now she is hooked on padel tennis.
