Daniel Gil

Born in Málaga, Spain, and originally of Polish heritage, Daniel grew up between Spain, Estonia, and London, shaping a truly international outlook from an early age. Fluent in English, Russian, Spanish, and Korean — a language he taught himself through dedication and curiosity — he has a deep passion for learning languages and connecting with people from different cultures. He is also currently refining his Polish, continuing his lifelong commitment to personal growth and self-improvement.

Before joining Drumelia, Daniel gained experience working within Marbella’s real estate market as well as in tech sales for an American company, developing a strong foundation in communication, client relations, and high-performance environments. Known for his resilience, discipline, and strong work ethic, his mindset and character were largely shaped through his background in combat sports, having competed as an amateur in both boxing and Muay Thai. These experiences taught him how to perform under pressure, embrace hard work, and remain focused through challenges — qualities he now brings into his professional life every day. He takes great pride in delivering exceptional service and strives to contribute meaningfully to both the company’s growth and the experience of every client he works with. Above all, the value he holds most highly is honesty — something he believes is essential in both business and life.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys reading, writing, and spending quality time with his family. A passionate writer, he has written a novel, reflecting his creative side and love for storytelling. He is happily married and a proud father to his young daughter, both of which have become a profound source of purpose and inspiration in his life. His Sundays are always spent at church, an important part of his life that reflects his appreciation for faith, gratitude, and community. He approaches life with ambition, discipline, and purpose, always striving to become a better version of himself both personally and professionally.
