Carmen Santiago Gómez

With a career marked by excellence in international and high-level environments, Carmen combines precision, a global outlook, and artistic sensitivity in every project she is involved in. Her background in International Relations and Communication, together with her fluency in Spanish, English, and French, has given her a unique ability to connect cultures and successfully manage complex operations.

Before joining Drumelia, she built her career in the luxury sector coordinating interior design projects at the prestigious Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard, where she contributed to the creation of yachts for brands such as Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and Royal Caribbean. There, she perfected key skills: managing large-scale projects, negotiating with high-profile clients, and optimizing processes, always with an impeccable standard of quality.

Her international experience also includes a chapter in the institutional field, working as a Military English Teacher and collaborating in NATO and UN missions in Iraq and Lebanon. These experiences strengthened her leadership, strategic vision, and ability to communicate in multicultural and high-responsibility environments.

At Drumelia, she serves as Listings Coordinator, ensuring that every property is managed with precision, efficiency, and excellence. Her personal philosophy, “Per aspera ad astra” —“through hardships to the stars”— reflects the conviction that true greatness is achieved by overcoming challenges, a principle that guides both her professional and personal life. Each adversity becomes an opportunity to reach new levels of excellence.

Outside of work, she nurtures her passion for art and discipline through classical ballet, piano, and painting, a creative heritage shaped by her family of artists and jewelers.
