Merle Merßmann

Born and raised in Heidelberg, Germany, Merle came to real estate through a deliberate path rather than a straight line. She holds a B.Sc. in International Business and an M.Sc. in Strategic Management from two of Europe’s leading universities, and spent her early career building expertise across corporate finance, financial advisory, and international project coordination.

What that background gave her was more than technical knowledge – it gave her a structured way of approaching complex decisions, and a genuine understanding of what clients need when the stakes are high. Over time, she found herself increasingly drawn to the human side of that process: the trust, the negotiation, the long-term relationship. Combined with a growing passion for real estate, this is what ultimately led her to Marbella and Drumelia.

Having lived and worked across Germany, the Netherlands, and New Zealand, she brings a genuine understanding of international clients and the cultural nuances that meaningful client relationships require. She is fluent in German and English and is actively developing her Spanish.
