Ruth Crespo Property Consultant

Born in Madrid, Ruth graduated in journalism, studied in the US and then in Paris. She came to Marbella in 1998. Ruth first dipped her toes into the world of real estate through a unique perspective – as the daughter of a developer in Selwo Park, Estepona. Witnessing her father's ventures and being involved in all aspects of the family business, from the construction to the commercialization of the final product, ignited her passion for the real estate world.

After a brief hiatus during the 2008 financial crisis, Ruth returned to the field in 2016, contributing her expertise to an American real estate agency and then to a Spanish one. In 2024, she joined Drumelia, considering it the referent of the high-end real estate market and a solid company with a remarkable reputation.

For Ruth, success in real estate hinges on honesty and persistence. Fluent in English, Spanish and French, she connects people to a unique way of life, selling not just properties but also a sophisticated lifestyle on the beautiful Costa del Sol. With a commitment to excellence, deep knowledge of the market, and a passion for customer satisfaction, she revels in the challenge of matching clients with their ideal properties, always putting herself into her clients’ shoes and fostering relationships built on trust.

Building up a professional career based on effort, Ruth gives 100% on a daily basis and believes that hard and wise work leads to success. She has strong connection with nature, loves animals, and carries a healthy life. As a single mother, she wishes to set an example to her daughter.

She starts her days with a smile and positive attitude, and firmly believes in the power of spiritual energy exchange and Buddha’s words, ‘Whoever makes you angry, rules over you.’
